For all new clients, you may schedule a complimentary consultation by filling out the form on the contact page.  

We offer a variety of services personalized for your needs.  Please check out the services page to see a list of services.   

During the initial consultation an advance paayment for the initial service will be required.  Once you are an established client, payment will be due the day service begins.    

We currently accept cash, checks, credit and debit cards are accepted via Square. Returned checks will be charged a $40 fee to cover bank costs. 

Dogs, cats, caged pets such as rabbits, guinea pigs, fish and birds and some reptiles.  

An in-home consultation provides an opportunity to meet your pet care provider and communicate any information necessary to provide the best care of your pets.  It provides an opportunity for your pets to meet the sitter/walker and become familar with them prior to providing service.  We do require an initial in-home consultation prior to begining service.  There is no charge for the initial in-home consultation.  

Once we have your house key and your service contract on file, you can schedule service using our online reservation system and update any information that may have changed since our previous visit.

Most clients prefer this option as we are then available for short notice visits (as little as a couple hours notice).  For established clients all it takes is a phone call/email to setup future trips.  It can also be difficult to arrange drop off and pick up key visits that are convienent for both of us.  We also can let you in if you’re locked out of your house if we have a copy on file.  Mid-day dog walk clients must leave a key on file with us for their regular visits.  Methods of key return are listed on the contract if you do not wish to keep a keep a file for future needs.     

NON-HOLIDAY PET SITTING CANCELLATION POLICY

7 days advance notice is required for Non-Holiday pet sitting/overnight cancellation. Please understand that when you cancel, there is no guarantee that the spot you had booked can be filled by another client. Therefore, a cancellation charge will be incurred for any cancellations less than 7 days from the first scheduled visit. Cancellation charges are 50% of the total amount of your booking cost. Rare exceptions are made to this policy and will be addressed on a case by case basis.

HOLIDAY CANCELLATION POLICY
Holidays include: Easter, the weekends of Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day and the entire weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s. These times are peak season and space is limited. Therefore, pet sitting service is granted on a first come, first serve basis for bookings during these times.

All cancellations within 30 days of the first scheduled visit will result in a cancellation fee of the entire booking amount. There are no exceptions to this policy. You will be invoiced for the cancellation fee and payment is due Net 10 days. Failure to pay the cancellation fee will result in your contract with Loyal Tails Pet Services,LLC being terminated and no future bookings will be accepted.

DAILY MID-DAY/DOG WALKING CANCELLATION POLICY
24 hours advance notice must be received for cancellation of a daily scheduled visit.   7 day advance notice must be received for cancellation of re-occurring scheduled daily visits.  Rare exceptions are made to this policy and will be addressed on a case by case basis.

Yes, we are available 365 days a year!  Loyal Tails Pet Services will be off for regularly scheduled daily services on/in observance of the below listed holidays.  If services are needed, please check for availability as we will be happily checking in on all those who need us:).  Holiday Rates will be in place on the following:

• Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday
• President’s Day
• Memorial Day
• 4th of July
• Labor Day
• Columbus Day
• Veterans Day
• The fourth Thursday through Sunday of November for Thanksgiving
• The last full week in December covering Christmas Day
